This is an original 1903 halftone print of the Lying-In Hospital (now Rutherford Place condominiums) at Stuyvesant Square on Second Avenue and 17th and 18th Streets in New York City. The hospital was built with gift money from J. Pierpont Morgan in 1901. Please note that there is printing on the reverse.
