This is an original 1903 black and white relief line-block print portrait of Peter Paul Rubens, who was a Flemish Baroque painter. In his images, he emphasized color, sensuality, and movement. He is most well-known for his Counter Reformation altar pieces, landscapes, portraits, and history paintings. Rubens was a Scholar, Diplomat, and Art Collector. He was such an influential artist, that he was even Knighted by Philip IV and Charles I.
