This is an original 1904 halftone print set (comprising two single-sided, unattached halftone prints, one with print on the reverse) of a brick house located at Broadway and Baker Streets in San Francisco, California, designed by the architects Bliss & Faville. The second halftone print in this set (the one with print on its reverse) has the floor plan/layout of this home.
CONDITION
This 107+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine. Moderate aging in margins. Light wrinkling. No natural defects. Some moderate surface rub. No tears. No water damage. Please note that this is a two-page halftone print set, the first print being landscape-style and having no print on the reverse. The second print is portrait-style, measures approximatley at 9.5' by 12.5', and has print on the reverse.
