This is an original 1905 photogravure portrait of Madame de Senonnes painted by Jean Dominique Ingres in 1812. After an original painting in the MusŽe de Nantes, from a photograph by Braun, ClŽment & Co. The image is mounted on a brown textured paper stock, or board, which measures 10.5 x 14.5 inches.

Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres (1780-1867) was a French neoclassical painter, known for his portraits, both drawn and painted.
