This is an original 1905 color print of "A Corner of the Inn 'Guillaume le Conquerant,' Dives" in France.

The artist, F. Hopkinson Smith is also the engineer who built the foundation for the Statue of Liberty. He was also a descendent of one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence, Francis Hopkinson.
