This is an original 1905 halftone print featuring an image of the Mutual Life Insurance Company Building in Newark, New Jersey. This building was designed by Beaux-Art trained architect George B. Post. Post's other notable architected buildings include, the New York Cotten Exchange, the New York World Building (or Pulitzer Building, which, at the time, was the tallest building in the world), the New York Stock Exchange Building, the Wisconsin State Capitol, Pontiac Hotel and the New York Times building, among many others.
