This is an original 1905 black and white halftone print of Alfred Milner, 1st Viscount Milner (March 23, 1854-May 13, 1925) was the Governor of the Cape Colony and High Commissioner for Southern Africa among other posts in the British Empire. What's more, he was also an adament "Anglophile," which is a nice way of saying racist.
