This is an original 1906 monochrome halftone print of a painting by Arthur Kampf of Frederick the Great of Prussia addressing his officers before the Battle of Leuthen, during the Seven Years' War. Despite being horribly outnumbered, Frederick was able to achieve victory by hiding his army behind a series of hills, and hitting the Austrian army directly in the flank.
