This is an original 1906 halftone print topographical map of the Valleys of Serabit El Khadem. Note the temple is located at the center in the upper half of the map. This temple of Hathor can be found on an outcrop of massive rock 850 meters above sea level in the highlands of Sinai. Hathor was an Ancient Egyptian Goddess of love, music, and beauty; and of motherhood and joy.
