This is an original 1906 halftone print of a piece by famous Dutch Golden Age painter Rembrandt (1606-1669) entitled "The Syndics" here. Currently owned by the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, it was commissioned by the Draper's Guild and is also referred to as "The Sampling Officials."
