This tonic is by Dr. Hess & Clark of Ashland, Ohio. They are also manufacturers of Dr. Hess Poultry Pan-a-ce-a and Instant Louse Killer.
Gilbert Hess was the originator of the Dr. Hess & Clark Company in 1894. They create veterinary remedies and products including Stock Tonic, Poultry Pan-a-ce-a, Instant Louse Killer and Dip and Disinfectant. They have their own printing plant which prints all their product labels, pamphlets, veterinary books, etc.
