This is an original 1907 black and white print ad for Elmore Valveless two-cycle automobiles. The company was founded by James and Burton Becker. In 1909, General Motors founder William C. Durant purchased the Elmore Manufacturing Company. However, in 1910, Durant was pushed out of GM and Elmore automobiles began being cut from the manufacturing line to conserve on costs and achieve financial security.
