1907 Halftone Print Coronation Statue Empress Maria Theresa Monument XGIA6

This is an original 1907 black and white halftone print of the original statue of Empress Maria Theresa that stood in Ludovit Stur Square in Bratislava (Pozsony), Slovakia until it was destroyed in 1921 by Slovakian nationalists. But in September of 2011, the Bratislava Beautification Association brought a smaller replica back to the square where it now stands only a few meters away from where the original stood ninety years before.
