This is an original 1907 color print of Admiral Adriano Pulido Pareja by Diego Velazquez. This picture may Possibly be seen in the National Gallery. It is signed and dated 1639, and was purchased from the Lonford Castle Collection in 1890. Senor Beruete, who is considered as the prime living authority on the great Spanish realist, holds a strong opinion that this was not painted by Velazquez.
