This is an original 1907 black and white halftone print of Mexico City, with the Metropolitan Cathedral of the Assumption of Mary in the background. This cathedral, along with housing the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Mexico, was constructed on the ground of the Teocali (pyramid) of the ancient Aztecs and Zocalo.
