This is an original 1907 halftone print of the United States Department of the Treasury Building on Wall Street in Washington, D. C. with the statue of Alexander Hamilton in front, which was designed by sculptor James Earle Fraser. The U. S. Department of Treasury Building was first designed by federal architect Ammi B. Young around 1836. In 1971, the building was deemed a National Historic Landmark.
