This is an original 1907 monochrome wood engraving of a pice by L. J. Prat entitled
Der Teich von Siloah (The Pool of Siloam). Biblically, it was known to have been involved in at least one of Christ's miracles, when a blind man regained his sight after washing his face in the waters at Jesus' request.
