This 103+ year old Item is rated Very Fine. Light aging in margins. No natural defects. Some light surface rub. 1 inch tear. No water damage. Please note there is printing on reverse. There is a tiny rip in the bottom of page 1/2. There is a 1 inch tear in the margin of page 9/10. There is a 1 1/2 inch chip on the last page (not available on additional digital images due to limited space)
