This is an original 1908 halftone print of Miss Lillah McCarthy in the Dress of Dona Ana by Charles Shannon. Shannon was an English artist who was born at Sleaford in Lincolnshire and is the son of the Rev. Frederick William Shannon. He attended the City and Guilds of London Art School.
