This is an original 1909 black and white print ad for Waltham Watches, specially featured at the North Pole on board the Roosevelt and the sled that reached the North Pole. This company began its operation in 1850, under the ownership of David Davis, Edward Howard and Aaron Lufkin Dennison. In a tribute to the Gettysburg Address, a William Ellery key wind watch (Model 1857) was presented to Abraham Lincoln.
