This is an original 1909 7 page article titled, "Wall Street and the Banks," by Herbert N. Casson. The article discusses Wall Street, Charles Morse, and the future of Wall Street. It writes, "His [Morse] plan was simple. First, the brokers boomed the ice stock away up above its real value. Then various clerks and stenographer of Morse's would borrow large amounts from the banks, and deposit bundles of this infalted stock as security for the loans... This astounding trick in high finance is called the dummy loan, and it is one of the most convenient ways of shoveling other people's money into the Wall Street hopper." Please see additional images and note that the 7 pages are printed on 4 pages, front and back.
