This is an original 1909 black and white halftone print of an illustration by William H. Walker entitled, "It Might Have Been", that humorously portrays famous American political figures such as George Washington, Ulysses S. Grant, Abraham Lincoln, Theodore "Teddy" Roosevelt, William Howard Taft, and William Jennings Bryan as famous world figures like Napoleon Bonaparte, King Henry VIII of England, Julius Caesar, and Frederick the Great of Prussia.
