This is an original 1911 black and white halftone print of "Ruins of Chichen Itza, State of Yucatan. The Monjas or Monastery (so-called) (Back View)." Chichen Itza was a large Myan city from the pre-Columbian era. Located in Tinum, Yucatán, the site is an important Mexican archaeological location.
