This early twentieth century image captures the San Luis Potosi Teatro de la Paz (The Theater of Peace). Constructed during the presidency of Porfirio Díaz, the Theater opened on 4 Decmeber, 1894. Designed by architect Jose Noriega in the Neoclassical style, the structure features a pink stone façade.
