This is an original 1911 halftone print of Kansas Governor, Walter R. Stubbs. Stubbs was born in Wayne County, Indiana and eventually moved to Douglas County, Kansas. Stubbs was an avid prohibitionist, and sought to crack-down on the bootlegging of Crawford County, Kansas.
