This is an original 1911 color print of the campanile and the cathedral. The campanile is the (leaning) freestanding bell tower of the cathedral in Pisa, Italy. The Piazza del Duomo is a wide, walled area at the heart of the city of Pisa and is known as one of the main centers for medieval art in the world. It is home to the Duomo (Santa Maria Assunta cathedral), Campanile (leaning bell tower), the Baptistery and the Camposanto.

Collins, William Wiehe
William Wiehe Collins (Aug. 4, 1862 Ð Feb. 16, 1951) was an architectural and landscape genre painter from England. He studied at the Lambeth School of Art in England and Académie Julian in Paris. He exhibited work at many London galleries before serving in the Dardanelles and Egypt in the Navy during World War I. He enjoyed traveling and produced paintings from England, Spain and Italy.
