This 99+ year old Item is rated Very Fine. Light aging in margins. There are two 1/2 inch tears in the right margin--please see image. (Please note that there is printing on the reverse.)

William Ladd Taylor (1854-1926): William Ladd Taylor was born in 1854 in Grafton, Massachusetts and studied art in Boston, New York, and Paris. From 1895 until his death in 1926, Taylor produced paintings for The Ladies' Home Journal, and was their lead illustrator. He was known for his depiction of 19th century antique and historical subjects, as well as religious scenes.
