This is an original 1913 4 page article titled, "The Fascinating Art of Making Vistas: More Fun Than Wall Street and Considerably Healthier-- It Calls for Equal Intelligence and Better Taste," by Wilhelm Miller. Photography by Arthur G. Eldredge. The article writes, "[...] steer your touring car this summer toward Lancaster, Massachusetts, and ask for the 'Thayer Place.' There are four Thayer places in Lancaster. In fact, the whole landscape in any direction, seen from anywhere, has something to do with Thayers. It won't hurt you to glimbse the village-- especially the century-old churches and houses, and the new public buildings. Then you climb a hill and inquire where Bayard Thayer lives." Please see additional images and note that the 4 pages are printed on 2 pages-- front and back.
