This is an original 1913 halftone print of a poster Design for the Deutsche Werkbund Ausstellung by Lucian Bernhard. Bernhard was a German graphic designer, type designer, professor, interior designer, and artist during the first half of the 20th century. He was influential in helping create the design style known as Plakatstil which used reductive imagery and flat-color.
