1913 Print Mother Sculpture Children Baby Nude Body Art Stone Realistic DKU1

This is an original 1913 halftone print of Die Mutter by Josef Flossmann. Flossmann was a sculptor from Munich. He attended the School of Applied Arts and the Academy. He was trained by Anton Heinrich Hess and Syrius Eberle. He was a founding member of the Munich Secession and had a regular exhibit with that group. He worked at the Munich art school as a professor of sculpture until his death.
