This is an original 1915 halftone print set (comprising one regular halftone print and a smaller floor plan halftone print measuring at 4.75' by 7', both prints without print on the reverse) of the apartments at 178 East 70th Street in New York City. The architects for this complex were Wm. L. Rouse and L. A. Goldstone. These architects had also designed the Jarmulowsky Bank Building in 1912.
