This is an original 1915 halftone print set (comprising one regular halftone print and another unattached, single-sided smaller print measuring at 6.5' by 5', both with no print on the reverse) of the apartment building at 850 Park Avenue in New York, designed by the architects Wm. L. Rouse and L. A. Goldstone. This building's apartments are still available to rent in New York today. The image of the floor plan is a digital reference only and is not physically included with this print.
