L. Batterman of Mill Neck, Long Island, New York. The architect of the building is H. T. Lindeberg of Albro & Lindeberg. Please see additional images.

This 96+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine+. Light aging in margins. Light wrinkling. No natural defects. Some light surface rub. No tears. No water damage. Please note that this is a halftone print set comprising seven halftone prints divided into three double-sided pages and one single-sided page. Please note that there is print on the reverse of these pages. Please also note that the first six halftone prints are in landscape-style and measure at approximately 12.5' by 9.5'; the last halftone print (page 10) is in portrait-style and measures at approximately 9.5' by 12.5'.
