This is an original 1920 two-color print ad for the Federal Motor Truck Company of Detroit, Michigan. It uses subtle World War I references to appeal for the cooperation of both motor trucks and the railroad in an effort to reduce congested transportation of people and cargo. The illustrations show Federal trucks helping out at a railroad in Los Angeles, and in Detroit during a gasoline shortage.
