This is an original 1920 World War I sepia rotogravure of the Personnel of the War Plans Division of the General Staff, which include Brigadier General Lytle Brown. The second image shows the War College Building, located on the Potomac River near Washington, D. C. During the war, this structure housed the War Plans Division of the General Staff.
