This is an original 1921 black and white print ad for Chalmers automobiles. Chalmers Motor Car Company was based in Detroit, Michigan and named after Mr. Hugh Chalmers of the National Cash Registry Company. While the company prospered during the early 1900s, it began to go under after World War I, thus merging with the Maxwell Automobile Company. The company ended its automotive production in 1923.
