Pisa, Alberto
Alberto Pisa (March 19, 1864 - July 15, 1930) was an Italian painter well known for his landscapes. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome after his studies at the Fine Art Academy in Florence. His work, assessed in a positive light in The New York Times Magazine after his showing in London, became popular in the early twentieth century. He also illustrated books about Rome and Sicily as well as in London. He publicly displayed his works until a few years before his death in 1930.
