This is an original 1921 duotone halftone print of a portrait of a Guayaquis tribe member from the fertile region between the Paraguay and Paraná rivers. His headdress is made of jaguar skin while he holds his bow. In the background are the remains of one of the famous missions built by the Jesuits.
