This is an original 1922 duotone print of a bagpipe musician of Capri, an island in the Tyrrhenian Sea in the region of Italy. Musicians, such as this man, come to Capri from the mountains of the mainland during Christmastime to play before the shrines, as well as in the houses of the native islanders.
