This is an original 1922 sepia rotogravure of various demonstrations in Germany (Deutschland). Shown is a crowd gathering around the Mosse Publication House in Berlin, police officers guarding the Reichstag building, trenches in Frankfurter Alley in Berlin, and German officers in Mansfeld. The caption for the bottom image writes, "German security police at Mansfeld bringing in captured 'Reds.' The general strike had been attended with many disorders in that section.
