This is an original 1922 sepia rotogravure of the valley of El Leja from Mount Sinai. The caption writes, "Valley of El Leja in Palestine, as seen from the Mount of Moses. It is a narrow gorge, with rocky slopes on either hand. Prominent in the foreground are the tall trees that stand like sentinels pointing to the sky."
