1922 Rotogravure World War I USS Michigan Pennsylvania Dreadnaught Battleships

This is an original 1922 sepia rotogravure of the U. S. S. Michigan, and the guns on the U. S. S. Pennsylvania. The caption for the bottom image writes, "Muzzles of the big guns of the Pennsylvania, the flagship of the American Atlantic fleet, that will take into their capacious maws projectiles weighing 1, 400 pounds and throw them to a distance of eighteen or twenty miles."
