"Onager and Kiangs"
This is an original 1923 color print of a slight disagreement between a Onager, or a Asiatic Wild Donkey, and a Kiang, also known as the Tibetan Wild Donkey, which is the largest of the wild donkeys. Both are native to arid climates, including the Tibetan Plains, as well as the Syrian, Iranian, Pakistani, Indian, and Israeli deserts.
