This is an original 1923 duotone halftone print of a couple of cockle gatherers between Llanrhidian and Llanmorlais harvesting their shellfish with the help of some donkeys.The raod between Llanrhidian and Llanmorlais is known throughout Wales as Cockleland for the sheer number of edible shellfish in the region.
