1923 Print Timgad Algeria Lavatories Forum Ruin Archaeology Column Toilet XGQ3

This is an original 1923 halftone print of the ancient lavatories of Timgad, Algeria. They considered their sanitation to be extraordinarily "up to date." There were 26 carved stone seats, each enclosed by two gracefully chiseled dolphins.
