This is an original 1924 two-color cover for The Youth's Companion magazine, April 24, 1924, that features a quote from the poem entitled, "Keep On Keepin' On", that reads; "If the day looks kinder gloomy and your chances kinder slim. If the situation's puzzlin' and the prospect's awful grim. And perplexities keep pressin' till all hope is nearly gone. Just bristle up and grit your teeth. And keep on keepin' on."
This 89+ year old Item is rated Very Fine +. Light aging throughout. Light creasing. There is light bleedthrough on this piece from the verso. Some moderate surface rub. Small tear - left margin. Please note: There is an original address stamp in the top left corner.
