This 86+ year old Item is rated Near Mint / Very Fine. Light aging throughout. Light creasing. No natural defects. Some light surface rub. No tears. No water damage. There is some light bleed through from opposite side of ad. There are a few minor scuff marks throughout ad. There is a crease in the right margin and some pink blemishing in top portion of image.
