This is an original 1926 print portrait of Alfred H. Smith, the president of the New York Central Railroad from January 1, 1914, to May 31, 1918, and again from June 1, 1919, to March 8, 1924. Please note that there is printing on the reverse.

This print is from a limited edition New York Central Railroad Collection commissioned for the 100th Anniversary of the New York Central Railroad on April 17, 1926. This special collection was printed on a heavier stock of cream-colored paper and most have a decorative border that would make these prints look excellent framed.
