This is an original 1926 black and white halftone print of the town hall from Wakefield, Massachusetts, United States. In 1868, Cyrus Wakefield of the Wakefield Rattan Company donated land and money for the new town hall. To honor his generosity, the town voted to change its name to Wakefield. The town hall is currently named for William J. Lee.
