This is an original 1927 black and white halftone print of Il Duomo or the Florence Cathedral. This church is officially called the Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore and construction on this building was begun in 1296 AD. The dome was engineered by Filippo Brunelleschi in 1436 AD.
